DTI's previous projects illustrate our ability to secure financing for redevelopment projects for a diverse range of clientele. DTI has acquired funding for both not-for-profit and for-profit businesses, educational organizations and labor unions, and we continue to provide real estate and economic development advisory services at varying degrees. Below is a sampling of some of DTI's projects and initiatives.
Jackson's Point Commerce park
The Buncher Company owns nearly 200 acres of land along Route 19 and the 528 Interchange. Buncher is developing the site to accommodate a wide variety of uses. DTI has provided an array of economic and real estate development related services to the company.
Steamfitter local no.449 facility expansion
Established in 1913, the Steamfitters Local Union 449 represents nearly 1,500 active union-trained steamfitters in the Pittsburgh region. It is affiliated with the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry. The project consists of renovations and additions to 449's existing training facility located in the City of Pittsburgh. A new two-story addition (2,700 sq. ft.) will be added to the existing structure. These capital improvements include a new entrance, open lab instruction areas, classrooms and welding lab. To date, DTI has acquired $1,500,000 in RACP funds for the project.
